I have been building stuff for 43+ years and still enjoy it. Electronic engineering is where most of my professional experience is. That includes microprocessor/embedded design, schematic drawing, PCB layout, assembly language programming and technical writing. I also do web page HTML/CSS, graphics and photography.
For the last couple of years I have picked up 3D modeling and rendering using LightWave. I use 3D printing to generate parts for customer projects, enclosure parts, generate PCB assembly test fixtures and for learning something new.
