I run a local surplus store in Garden City called the Reuseum. we resourced our world of tinkers and such with cool stuff, workshops, build nights and community based currriculum at local schools and libraries. For six years now I've been knee to neck deep in circuit bending, then DIY electronics, now teaching and learning as much as I can. I think that what we do here is so empowering it can bring many good things as long as we have the passion and commitment to make it.
Recently we fostered the Idaho RepRap Users Group and have been concentrating on the social aspects that Reprap technology enables us to have. Through this, Reprap is becoming a well known byword in our community and even to the masses, something recognizable and useful.
