I am just a person who loves 3D and finally I found something that can help the world if even a little. I want this technology to take off so much that it will change the current paradigm. Need something now? Just print it instead of having to drive someplace to buy it or order it through the internet so something else can waste a resource getting it to you. Either way 3D printers can save on pollution and using less gasoline/disel though lets not forget the weird and whacky design that you might want that is so obscure that no production company would ever mass produce it. If you have a 3D printer and/or a CNC then make it yourself. :)
