The Replicator Update

Small projects were working well (hence all of the cufflinks), but anything larger or delicate was failing horribly, with the extruder going on strike halfway through the process, leaving me with a half fininished sad hunk of plastic. I tried everything on the faq, made a couple of notes and emailed MBI tech support. Shout out to Gavin who sent step-by-step instructions on how to adjust the extruder. Undid two screws, tightened with one wrench, burned one fingertip (those things are hot!) and adjustment made. Everything is working well, I'm looking forward to more make!
