The commons factory is a collaborative project initiated by Areti Nikolopoulou and Jose Perez de Lama in October 2010.

The Sevilla Fablab team, José Buzón, Manuel Gutiérrez de Rueda, Juanjo Olmo, Juan Carlos Pérez Juidías, José M. Sánchez Laulhé, Juan Carlos Venegas, joined the team in april-june 2011.

The initial content for this library of objects was produced by participants at The commons factory :: plug ins at santa ana workshop [Madrid, Spain, 18-25th October 2010] at the Absolut Lab, Madrid.
