I'm a robotics engineering undergrad working on designing and building a 3D printer.

The design is a gantry style rather than the knee mill style and I'm planning to build the frame out of sheetmetal though, other than that I'm really trying to use the Makerbot electronics.

(Still have to work all the math out on that one.)
