I am currently using Alibre for my designs. I have designed a working quadcopter made from carbonfiber and aluminium. I am currently trying out a 3d printed quad frame I found on Thingiverse. I have a background in electrical technology and biophysics. Thingiverse has been a great inspiration and a great way to share ideas for designs.
My goal is to design the parts for a futuristic quadcopter frame made out of combination of carbon fiber, metal and extruded 3d printed plastic.
