Here is the Sega Genesis again. This time the original OBJ was brought into 3dsmax to add an optimize modifier to lower the polygon count. The file was then brought into makerware and saved as an .STL binary file.

Actually, there's no sword here. It's just some 3D flames from the cave where you get the sword.
