Intro and Purpose

The following is an 3d printed version of an AR-15 stripper spoon, used to load AR-15 magazines. Spoons frequently get lost, and often get bent into an unusable form. A plastic replacement should not only be cheaper, but also more reliable.

In order to create this object I took actual dimensions of multiple stripper spoons and created a plastic one with some beefing up.

This object is intended to assist in the loading of 10 round stripper clips into either 20 or 30rd standard AR-15 STANAG magazines and others compatible.

Use of this spoon is identical to metal loading spoons

To do this task, first grasp magazine firmly. Place spoon on magazine and seat firmly. Take stripper and insert into small slot in spoon. Lift top round and make perpendicular to clip. Leverage force down so the rear of the cases are being pressed. Push down. Remove stripper and spoon. Repeat as needed.

These pesky bits are always breaking and require $200 to replace the _entire_ window regulator for a $0.20 plastic part!

Untested so far - in a week or so I'll give it a test print!

Holding a screen that wide, however light, is uncomfortable for me. I prefer using one hand. Before knowing how to use a 3D printer, I used a rubberband corner-to-corner.

Three clips and a rubberband are all that are needed. The bottom two do tend to slide inwards, but I'm satisfied enough. You could always modify the hooks on those two to angle slightly.

A replacement for the Logitech EX110 wireless desktop keyboard clips. Just print & snap them in place!

V2: Increased width from 20mm to 21.5mm
V3: Reduced length from 27 to 25, reduced width from 21.5 to 21

A thumb tack. It is about 7/8 inches in length.

The 1cm clips are for the corners of the pavillon where the frame is only 1cm thick...
The 2cm ones are for the rest of the frame ;-)

Prints out really good with 0.3mm layer height, 2 outer perimeters and 33.3% infill (sliced with KISSLicer) on a 0.4mm nozzle (of my Mendelmax...)

Update 2: haha...just figured out that the 2cm ones also fit the misumi extrusions of my mendelmax! So if anyone wants to attach a lighttube to a mendelmax...feel free!!! :-D

This is a clip that snaps over the top of a Baby Jogger City Series stroller handle so that you can suspend a small bag between the handles. (You provde the bag.) It uses the screw holes on the handle as secure attachment points. Print two, one for each side (they are reversible.)

Well I finally had it with my vertical blinds that keep breaking, so I made a protection clip to make the verticals a little less likely to break. This plastic clip seems to hold well and is so far holding up to my cats rampage into them.

When installing the clip make sure the full side is on the rounded side of the bind or it won't work properly.I've so far replaced two blinds in my house using these clips and all seem to be working well.

quick openscad code to make some small clips. Fully parametric for easy adaptation to a specific clipping need.

A simple plate with holes in it to use as a clamp or binding plate.

This is a replacement clip, holding the wire-tube on a Charmilles Robofil310 or a Robofil510 Wire-EDM Machine.

Like most who use a glass plate to print, I was using spring steel paper clips. They work great until the extruder head gets close to the edge of the build platform. When that happens, duck. Spring clips start flying and once, the head draged the clip, the glass and the build completely out of the machine, where if fell to the floor.

The other day, I was cleaning up shop and came across a drawer full of clips designed to hold sockets to steel strips (pic 1).

A minimal filament clip that locks the filament onto itself, so it can be used with every spool and roll of filament.

This is a simple cable clip that allows you to quickly snap a wire into a designated place so that you can find it again later. I use it to stop my charger wires from falling in between my desks.

Designed for the Ballistic case for the Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. The stylus must be approximately 8.5 mm in diameter to work. Print with supports.

This clip is intended for light loads. To attach something to it such as a key - bend a leg out and slip it on. When a load is applied, the loops flex & the hooks engage like a monkey grip - that is until the plastic give it up and the hooks slip sided ways apart - down hill from there . . . .

A great little clip for things that need to be clipped & un-clipped to other things. Holds reasonably well, easy to open and reset, . . . .

Scale it to be larger if necessary.

You know that annoying piece of plastic that keeps your sliding closet doors secure on the floor? You know the one, its the one that always breaks.

Fret no more fellow 3d-print people! I present to you a replacement closet-door-slidy-thing that you can print yourself! No more trips to hardware store to replace it when it breaks, simply print a new one!

Clip to hold small flashlight.

Fits and works lovelly. The orginal that this is derived from doesn't slice in slicer, so instead of repairing the original, I have simplied the model, and added a few features to make it simular to the orginal 'rock lockster' 1-inch buckle.

Also have included the Sketchup file to allow modification, some of the faces are inverted so send any modifications through a repair program (like netfabb).

Made this to clip to my Kids bicicle.

Inspired by the Bauhaus Series: Unibody titanium key-carabiner K11 by Más Design. I haven't had a chance to print it but I did want to get it out of my head and up incase anyone else did.
