Garden Toad on a Lily Pad

I really loved the original Garden Toad by SSW, but the STL had some non-manifold gaps and Slic3r was not giving me the same platform that I saw in the original photos. (I thought it looked like wood planks, but mine came out with a mostly flat puck and some warning messages.)

So I edited the base in Blender, and made a new base out of a cartoony lily pad, a perfect throne for this king of warts.

The photo shows what 0.150mm layers and 0.4mm nozzle can do on a Printrbot, with MatterHackers gold PLA.
I sculpted the head and fixed the flat part, I used Zbrush and the density of the mesh went up to sculpt. Just to see how it went, I was really pleased and thought I'd upload it so the heads were not as flat.

The file is 18mb, Zip file a little smaller. I printed this in around 6 hours, 8.5cm tall. I used Cura v13.03 at 0.15 mm layers with duplicate outlines ON. Cura is great with the Ultimaker. There were a few problems with the chin and an overhang. It might be okay with another print or a bit of sanding!

I've added just the tiniest bit of parameterization to the .scad: you can customize the width of the cutting board. It probably wouldn't take much effort to fully parameterize this to include number of boards, spacing between them, etc. But I leave that as an exercise for the reader. (Or I might do it myself if a few people bother to like this object.)

Edit: posted a pic of the holder. A little bit of warp, since it's such a large piece, but it doesn't affect the functionality and I'm pleased with it.
