This is a modified version of "Ultimaker Wade's Accessible Bowden Bracket" by stcredzero : thingiverse.com/thing:14822

I remade it in openscad for easier modification, and added :
- A bigger hole for the pneufit tube adapter - the original was not large enough to allow for easy/secure bowden PTFE tube attaching/detaching.
- Added recess in the two M4 extruder attach holes, so we can use shorter bolts.

I used github.com/daid/OpenSCAD-polygon-editor to build the openscad file from the original stl.

Hanno had one of those broken, and Ikea said they can't provide a replacement.
So Hanno had the good idea to request help on reprap forums : "http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?95,141030"

It turned out to be a nice application for a 3d printer.
Why buy a whole new wardrobe when you can repair it for virtually no cost with a reprap ?

This is a an idler for the Z axis belt of your Prism Reprap (design by by Buback)

Its two primary purposes are : to be able to use a longer closed belt, like found for instance in original Mendel belts set, and to dampen the wobbling given by printed Z pulleys (sometimes a little oval).

The side effect bonuses are : better belt path with more teeth engaged on the driving and driven pulleys, easy belt tension adjustment.

An attachment for a handle to carry your Prism around.

This is an accessory to attach a drawer handle to the top extrusion of your Prism Reprap (design by by Buback) : reprap.org/wiki/Prism

You will probably need to tweak the openscad according the dimensions of the handle and its two bolts.

An Ultimaker extruder big gear, for attachment on a non-threaded shaft.

This is an accessory for the Ultimaker extruder update by ghagen01 rather than a derivative.

It is needed if you have produced a 50materialwheel part without threading on its shaft - printed at shapeways in steel for instance, rather than machined.

Update :
V2 is beefier (previous version was prone to flexing) and has better designed nut holes (nuts were tending to rotate).
Also from my experience, it's a good idea to have a bump drilled in the axe to allow one of the M3 bolts to avoid rotation.

Update :
V3 is stronger around the M3 nuts - the plastic here was prone to cracking when tightening too much in order to avoid the gear slipping on its axis.

After a while the original Techzone Huxley X carriage with a single bronze bushing started to get sticky, despite of any oil I fed it. It created some massive backlash on the X axis, so I designed this :


Used to replace the original single bronze bushing X axis carriage with 3 LM6UU linear bearings.

Includes holes for mounting a better attached hotend (with a peek block retaining the nozzle).

Parts needed :
- 1 printed X carriage (this file).
- 3 x LM6UU
- 2 x 6mm smooth rods, length 300mm (to replace non-metric original techzone X rods).

Added ziptie holes to secure the linear bearings.

A pair of replacements clamps to retain your Techzone Huxley bowden cable using 6-R1/8 straight push-fit pneumatic fast connectors.

All my attempts to retain my ptfe bowden cable before that turned into a failure sooner or later. Now that I use those, I have zero trouble, and it's sooo helpfull for filament unloading/reloading to be able to quickly disconnect the bowden tubing.

Idea came from the ultimaker machine.

A pair of replacements clamps to retain your Techzone Huxley bowden cable.

There's a test system included in the scad file to verify the diameter of the tube is working before printing the whole thing.

The STL is here as an example (it fits my ptfe tube bought from the grrf). You should measure your cable external diameter and use the openscad file instead.

This is an extruder gears set for the TechZone Huxley extruder, featuring herringbone teeth.

It is intended to replace the 2 lasercut wooden gears. I printed one set but haven't mounted it yet - I'm waiting for the original gears to break or wear first.

This use 2 modules from the MCAD library that you can get from github.com/elmom/MCAD - Thanks to the authors.
Some bits - the motor gear mount hub with set screw hole - are derived from thingiverse.com/thing:3104 (thanks GilesBathgate) which is under GPL CC license.
