I named the parts myself in what made sense for me and does not reflect the same naming scheme Makerbot Industry uses.<br />
The parts have not been partitioned so that they can be printed out on a cupcake CNC or Thing-o-Matic. I don't have plans currently to do so but I may do so if there is a high demand for it. <br />
<br />
I used the original .DXF files from Makerbot to make these. They're posted at <a href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4973" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">thingiverse.com/thing:4973</a><br />
<br />
Specific parts such as nuts and bolts have not yet been included.

this is my first use of 3D tin. I suspect there are some edges that may be hard to print but i'm going to give it a try and see how it turns out. results to be posted later.

So one day, Steven gets the great idea of putting exacto blades in the handle so he can tape and cut open boxes when needed. But he needs something to keep the blades in. After about 30 minutes of designing and printing, he got just what he needed.

It features a variety of functions from acting as a support structure, load bearing assistance, attaching holsters, attaching leg and shin guards, etc. <br />
For now, I started with the shoe portion to test out if it can support me (approx. 160 lbs)<br />
Most of the measurements are approximations where the holes should be treated as pilot holes for threading in M16 bolts and the hex gaps should be enough to fit both the head of the bolt and the hex nuts depending on where you position them<br />
This is a very basic design and its up to you to modify it to your needs, Theres enough space to add a few batteries, drill some holes into the plastic and add LED's. If it is good enough to support a person's weight, I hope to one day attach wheels to make it a roller skate and eventually one day maybe replace going to the shoe store and just printing out a custom shoe. The extrusion on the heel is to allow for the attachment of linear actuators for assisted walking. <br />

So one day i got the idea of trying out another shape starting with a rectangular piston. I designed the walls to be a lot thicker in case the corners ever became critical points if the piston were to start storing pressure. The print was coming out great until I heard a loud pop from my makerbot. Upon further inspection, I found my idler wheel had snapped. Fortunately, I have a spare idler wheel and hopefully will only be out of commission for a day.

I set the fill up to .7 but still have some holes in prints. These holes vary in between a couple of cracks to many holes. In the future i'll be designing thicker walls but if anybody has any ideas and/or comments you're welcome to share them. The piston cap is designed slightly bigger than the piston cylinder walls so that it can be filed down to a perfect fit with the piston walls
