This is close enough to almost work, but the belt slips sometimes.  The diameter and pitch of this part has been modified to work better with 0.2 inch belts.<br />

Note:  This was a really easy change if you have OpenSCAD installed.  I'm uploading it for anyone who just wants to grab the .stl file.
