Well this little gadget.

You'll need 1/4 20 x 3/4 to mount to the camera. And the tripod top will vary on your end based on what tripod your using. It's very universal.

A small piece of thin rubber between the camera and the camera mount is recomended.

I wanted to make my own Swiss Army style keychain.

Warning, this one is a little larger then I would like, I have a couple ideas to make another one even smaller.

This is my attempt to translate the chess-like game featured in George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire novels (Game of Thrones). Being a huge fan of the man and his work, I wanted to try and give his game the best translation I could. Working with my good friend (and studious Martin scholar) Nate Stevens, I adapted the game to include everything mentioned in the book into a rules set I found believable for a game made during the emulated time period, while also keeping the games in mind that Martin has mentioned as inspiration during interviews. So, Let me know if you get to printing/playing it, and if you have any suggestions for rules adjustments, variants, etc, post in the comments below and let's get a dialogue going. A 3D printable pull handle suitable for replacement on many small gas engines.

Here's a model of the Tumbler from TDK. I've converted and repaired the model from a Sketchup model over to STL to the best of my abilities. Scaled to fit for a Replicator machine.

After being asked 6 times in one day if I was going to print out a gun I thought I needed a simple concise sign. Maybe others will need it too.

I really don't think guns are baaaad (m'kay). I worked in the firearms industry as an R&D designer for quite a few years and went through the long process leading to manned firings on new weapons. The idea that some idiot will now think its safe to print something off using any machine using any material with any ammunition type because they saw it on youtube really scares. Don't be an idiot please, there is a reason you make guns in a gun factory, not your kitchen.

7 months ago i saw JohnA post up his makerbot XL conversion and was indeed impressed. But it still lacked something that we needed at our store "more heigth". So I stretched the Makerbot XL drawings to make it into a MakerBot XLT. However there was still one big hurdle weight. Due to the current design of the replicator 1 being made out of wood it would oscilate with the printer head due to its light construction. So we had all the parts machined out of stainless to increase durability and weight.

So here we are about a week from completion on revision for the conversion and the remaining parts are about to be here. All that is left is the Z axis drive rod and z axis guide rods.

This conversion increases the z axis build height to 40" .

We will post up the files once we have completed the conversion.

This is a General Grievous Mask. The one pictured was printed at .15mm on a replicator 2. Painted with acrylic paint. The .x3g file that is attached is for Makerbot replicators, it is the file used for this print. It took 4 hours 53 minutes to print using this file. Of course the STLs are included as well so this can be pinted on other printers.

This is a lightweight dodecahedron made from triangular trusses.

The model pictured is 166 grams, made with "long" trusses on the "medium" setting in MakerWare (.27mm) with 3 shells. I printed the on my Rep2 with Sailfish firmware.

Have printed their 50 th birthday, the clock for my sister Uschi Esslinger.
The clock base I have also attached without letters.
The heart I have printed in 4 parts because I only have a small printing platform.
Have attached in one piece the heart.
The watch parts print and glue together.
Buy a clock drive and install.
The clock was created with the program Cinema 4D and finished with a UP 3D printer.
I wish always a good time.

Here are two additional icosahedral pencil holders - see thing:81434.

One was constructed by replacing the faces of an icosahedron with hexagons composed of triangles. It looks like a mini "Bucky ball" and contains 19 hexagons and 12 pentagons.

The second holder has circles in place of triangular faces. The spaces left by the circles are filled with hypocycloids.

A Viking Age-styled wooden longhouse! Its modeled in 15mm scale, mostly so I can use it with my Pocket-Tactics miniatures. The inside floor is patterned in a 15mm grid map for increment-based RPG or miniature game play. Had some issues with curling, though I'm looking into ways to reduce that. Also have some furnishings in the works.

This new version of my Plow Horse thingiverse.com/thing:40537, is split into two halves that allow printing on most machines without raft and minimal supports. The trade off is that the parts must be glued together. I use a slurry of ABS dissolved in acetone. Slight sanding of the mating surfaces may be useful. I did this modification so that the horse could be printed very small, down to HO gauge scale whereas the original was almost impossible to clean up the supports without breaking the very delicate legs.
