Edit: need to rework some spacings, yet used on a custom I3 but somme spacing for threaded rods are 2/3mm away.

Added the X-Carriage

Default files are 22mm, there is also 30mm Files for standard Prusa.

You can ask for another spacing for Z if you have a custom build.

Specs
- 8mm rods, one side open with nuts holder, other closed.
- 50mm between rods (center to center)
- 22mm or 30mm between 8mm Z Axis and 6mm Z Threaded rod (center to center)
- 4mm hole for 624ZZ Bearing for Belt (best used with GT2 / T2.5)
- 8mm clip for Z rods (may be lightly filed, or not) no bearing needed (Z is not stressed)

Another Prusa Foot for my new Iteration 2, I wanted them light, and as ever ! I share my modifications !

Also added ready to print plates for Smoothed/Sharp versions.

This kit aims to convert a "standard" prusa to a bowden set with minimal changes.

You need a standard 50mm extruder mount, and for instance a JHead hot-end, I will made more adapters on demand and with specs ;)

With Open Rail / MakerSlide V Linear Rails, I wanted to test them, so I tried to create a printable version !

Here it is !

I use 624ZZ Bearings for the V slide, and another 624ZZ as spacer.

These Linear bearings are good replacement parts for those who get bored with "NOISY" LMxUU ... I Know somehow some "Cheap Bearings" can do this ...

But !!! Instead of changing all the carriage ... switching to PLA "old style bearings", I designed "ready to print" Bearings, There is Three equivalents, LM6UU, LM8UU & LM10UU !.

They are all the same size as original bearings :)

Tooth thickness is made to print well on 0.5mm nozzle, altought a LM10UU 0.35mm will print really nice :)

More tooth is better :)

Again a new derivative for the X-Carriage Quick-Fit, but this time for LM10UU !!!

Almost keeping the previous design, I got a 9,3cm this time !!! not so bad for LM10UU.

I had to "improved" the Fan Quick-Mounts because keeping the 50mm spacing between rodes causes the fan holder crash in the bearings.

To keep the carriage as low profile as I can, I simply made fan mounts thicker, while you can hide nuts inside the fan mount !!!

Update June 15th:
- Fixed overlap in Support part.
- Added Belt clamp & latch (richrap one)
- Added a Fan mount for 30mm as the 40mm fans will probably crash between rods.

This is a new version of the excellent quick-fit x-carriage from Richrap :)

I tried to make it smaller so I designed the fixation to be perpendicular to the X axis and won around 3cm, it's not a big deal but 3cm on a 22x22cm build plate is really huge.

Original Carriage:
- 12cm long alone
- 13cm long with one fan

Low profile is:
- 8,5cm long alone
- 9,7cm long with one fan
- 11cm long with two fans

- Re-inforced the latch bearing holder.
- Fixed the manifold.
- Fixed the distance between axes from 51mm to 50mm as linear bearings are push-fits it needs to be accurate.
- Added Quick-Fit supports for 40x40mm fan mount, with 2 heights.
- Re-inforced the plate.
