An enhanced version of the Wallace 3D printer.
Features a more stable X-carriage construction which balances the extruder body over 2 horizontally mounted rods. It uses less screws & bolts than the original Wallace.

Some features :
* Y-mount.stl & y-bearing-guide.stl : An enhanced mount for centering the Y-axis belt. Gives you a more stable pull.
* X-end2-motor.stl + X-end2-idler.stl : new motor mounts, align the X-axis horizontally
* X-carriage.stl : carriage for the horizontal setup. Fits a wade extruder & any type of hotend, even the newer short JHead extruders...
* base_end_2off.stl : enhanced base - puts the linear bearings as far apart as possible to enhance the stability of the print bed.
* y_bearing_retainer_stopswitch.stl : bearing retainer including a ziptie stopswitch mount, for your Z-stopswitch.

Update 20130430 : New Y-mount & bearing-guide uploaded.

Use this if you want to clip your stopswitches on to your smooth rods on the X- or Y-axis of your bot.
You can throw away your X/Y setscrews if you use these, just slide them in position and secure them...

Little improvement on the printrstand ( "Legs for the printrbot in order to stablize it when using a larger print bed." ) by Hallenberg.

They now can be secured using 2 zipties. Simple & clean. You don't need to disassemble your printrbot to add an M8 nut.

** update 2012/12/18 : fixed a little manifold error , thanks to Pierre-Olivier Ceffis
** removed the 10t pulleys from the plate. An aluminium pulley gives better print results.
** update 2013/02/06 : ( V3 ) re-arranged the pieces so that pieces that tend to detach from the heatbed are pointing towards the center of the plate. It's hot & cosy there... The newest version also stays away from the corners of your build platform , to avoid bumping into clipses at the corners of your glass plate if you have one...

This is a variant of the generic parametric idler pulley that fits a 608 bearing , and is made for 5mm belt width.

This adapter fits on a Canon EF digital reflex camera lens mount ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canon_EF_lens_mount ). The other end is a telescopic mount with a parametrized hole. It could fit on your telescope too !

This is a minimalistic rod-mount for your printrbot electronics. Simply use 4 zipties to mount the board onto your M8 threaded rods. No screws needed.

The STL file is configured to fit onto the original Printrboard Electronics board ( printrbot.com/shop/printrboard-electronics/ ) but you can change the parameters in the scad file to attach other dimensions too....

UPDATE:
- Uploaded a version 3 which has 2 extra holes to fit the Sanguinololu board too.
- Uploaded a version 4 with larger holes, for better fitting and easier printing..

This is a replacement for the printrbot base. It will prevent both the Z axis and the Y axis stepper motors from bending outwards.

The bending problem is shown in the picture(s) below.

There is an alternative version available which integrates a support for attaching the Y-stop switch directly to the base.

** update : uploaded a V2 of the stl with Y-stop. It contained a little error which gave a manifold error while slicing.
