A simple USB power distribution block. Hook it up to a 5v power supply (like ATX) and plug in as many devices as you need for your project. I use mine to power a raspberry pi, a teensy and a ethernet/wifi bridge.

This Z-lift is designed to go under the X-ends on a mendel style printer. They hold micro switches that detect when the print nozzle touches your print bed. Adjustments are done in software. They can also isolate Z-screw wobble, be used to implement bed probing and cure bad breath. YMMV

It's an extruder that uses a dremel bit instead of a hobbed bolt. The sharp edges of the dremel bit makes this extruder design very strong.
