I needed a sensitive pressure sensor and didn't have any laying around... luckily I have a 3D printer!

It's very simple, but it works for me!

Once in a while one should print something for the girlfriend. To prevent her getting to jealous on that time consuming hobby...

Yesterday she broke her hairpin, and *ping!*, I had to print one...

I tried to print this one, but I scaled it to big... and it was warping a lot.
Perhaps printing a mini version?

UPDATE: Today I printed a smaller one, and it works like a charm!

When I was a child I made slingshots out of wood... Living in a city nowadays (Ghent, Belgium) I can relive my youth by printing them. I hope one day my children will use tools like this to explore their creativity :-).

Now not only lasercuttable, but also printable.

This is a first attempt to make a printable lung model for educational purposes.
* It has several bifurcations (7)
* It is hollow.
* It is about 12cm high (tallest I printed so far)

It also looks like the beginning of a tree, perhaps I could grow some plants in it...
And I guess it would make a nice fountain too. :-)

Recently I needed a bath plug and *pling*!: "Why not print one?"

There is not much to say about it really... it's a bath plug!

The compartment is 'angled' so the ice water doesn't run over.
