The flex hose was awesome and printed very easily, so I created this nozzle to go along with!

I really liked Emmett's gear bearing, but found that it might be more useful with a lip at the bottom edge. Instead of just editing the part, I decided to make the lip customizable!

This is an excell APPLICATION (VBA) to calculate how much you should charge for prints!

I don't have side pannels on my interface board, so I created some new top ,bottom, and side plates to keep anything from touching the wires.

Some of these parts are pretty thick, and that's the way it's supposed to be. I want these beefy so they take the impact if I accidentally drop the display or something.

This is a Keychain version of Emmett's screwless heart gears!

I'm still working on getting the scale right (small enough for a keychain, but big enough to print the details)

As it is, It needs a rather large fan blowing across the print to keep the gears from getting mangled.

All parts are the same except Gear8, which has a hole through the tip for a keyring.

Just modified the bottom gear of the screwless heart gears to fit my old kysan DC extruder motor (which turns very slowly on 5V USB XD)

I needed a way to mount my X axis endstop for my Gen4 Cupcake with a lowrider. The usual mounting holes don't work with the new endstops, and the Lowrider takes up quite a bit of space. So, I designed this!

There are several files here:
endstopmount.stl is the ready-to-print file,

endstopmount.ipt is the part file for just the endstop mount (NOTE, this part MAY NOT WORK without the rest of the assembly files, as it has several dependencies)

PackNGo.zip is the entire Inventor Project, all files (including content center parts, like the nuts n bolts) are here, and should be able to load fine by opening the project in Inventor.

This is an Inventor drawing of the v1.2 mechanical endstop. It's not super fancy, Just good enough to show precice locations of the holes, and blocks of space where things can't go.

I created it to help in my design for an endstop mount where I needed to make sure that things would have enough space.

This is a mounting plate for the MK7 safety cutoff board and a 1/4 inch feeder tube.

I created this because on a Cupcake, there's no good place to put the safety cutoff board, so I needed somewhere to mount it, and I use a feeder tube (so that the filament stays in a sealed box with dessicant). The feeder tube wouldn't stay straight, so I needed a way to hold it up.

I will be posting an updated version of this with more airflow channels and an additional fan, since my extruder motor gets SUPER hot...

I needed a way to generate Gcode to tell my Makerbot to move in circles, so I wrote a Matlab script to do so. The script has various parameters that control the code that is generated.

The result of the script is Gcode telling the machine to move in circles (or elipses) of increasing speed.

The code's messy, and single use, but I thought I'd post it in case someone else wanted to make Gcode draw circles :-)

circles.gcode is the file generated when all settings are set to their defaults.

This is a top (and eventually i'll upload the bottom as well) for a quiver. It is set up to hold 18 arrows in a pattern that should prevent the fletch from touching. My Makerbot is out of commission at the moment due to a pretty bad head crash, so I won't be able to print it for a while (and will leave it in work in progress till I can test it) I've included the current IPT file as well in case someone wants to try changing it around.

I loved the original spool holder's design, but have a Cupcake sitting on a little shelf, where there's not much room for things to stick out the sides of the bot. I modified the design to be able to hang off a vertical 20.5mm board (the wall of the shelf) However, it needs to be printed in two parts, because of overhangs. Haven't printed it yet, but will soon!

This is a little tab that sits under the head of an M3 bolt.

This is a printable clip for attaching mini-lights to a wall, more revision is necessary, but they do work as is.

I was able to get my MakerBot printing the square test parts fine, but when I printed this, I realized that much more tuning was needed. I'm not sure how to tune the MakerBot using this part, but I know it would help, since the default settings make several very obvious errors with it, such as burying the nozzle in the plastic during the upper layers.

This is a 3d Printable pig, with a large void inside for salt or pepper, and holes in the pigs nostrils to pour.

I designed it on a whim, when I was getting ready to get my MakerBot.

There's now a V3 of the pig! no more toes lol, and the feet have holes in them so that you can push sugru in and it'll hold really well :-)

This is a small hook designed to be used to hold coils of line (boat speak for rope). We have some similar devices on our sailboat, but they don't work too well, so I designed these.
