This is a Bowden J-head mount designed for Rostock - it uses a 4mm PTFE tube and Pneumatic fitting rather than a plastic clamp for the tube.

This is a geared extruder for Rostock and other printers, it uses 1.75mm filament and 4mm Pneumatic fittings for PTFE tubes as the Bowden element.

I made some feet to space the Rostock printer a little higher so the Electronics and power supply had a bit more room and to aid airflow

This is the quick way to print the Day 19 Santa Hat without the need for support.

This is a modified version of the Advent Replicator 2 that does not need any support to print it out.

This is the Gingerbread house that required no support to print it out.

The back is sliced off, but still looks good in or out of it's box.

This is a 3 extruder setup with a single hot-end combining nozzle, to 'mix' and blend coloured filament plastic or different materials on a RepRap or other 3D printer.

This is a Geared Peristaltic pump, designed for 3D printers to enable them to extrude various materials for building objects.

As part of the weekly RepRap 3D printing challenge I decided to make longer bolts for this great gears set, so you can now assemble a 6 stage Planetary Gears Set.

This is an attempt to make a direct-able fan mount for MendelMax (or any other printer) - I have been using fans on and off for about the past year when printing in PLA, I'm really keen to understand how fans help with the build process, so in an attempt to learn more I wanted a mount I could direct airflow across, along, and even cyclone around my printed objects.

I used the ball joints from the great Fully printable PCB Vice by Sneakypoo as a great starting point for this design.

I modified the great case by HansH to have mounting ears, some support for the SD card and get a better fit on everything, make it slightly thinner plastic and a covered USB connector as it looked a bit ugly just sticking out the top and back of the original case.

It also clips together a little more positively and has better alignment for the connectors.

And finally it has an experimental optical light guide for the on-board LED's

Here is Pikachu in two halves, print him out and stick him together with UHU glue or other sticky stuff.

I removed the platform and discovered his feet again, so he looks very cute and stands up because of his tail.

Day's 9 and 10 of my 30 days of creativity ( #30DoC ) involved my Kids, they are always such a massive source of ideas and creative opportunity. We have been doing numbers and basic maths recently with them, using the normal flash cards and coins. They are still not visualising numbers all that well so I decided to try and design a basic set of counters that could form games and number play before bedtime.

This is a set of herringbone gears using the SCAD Script from Triffid Hunter, but with settings for smaller Huxley (eMaker / RepRap Pro) extruders that use M6 hobbed bolts and a Nema14 motor

This is a 3D printed two colour badge with a captive safety pin.

Designed for the 30 days of creativity in June 2012.

A half sized version (53.43mm high) reduced, and it can now be sliced in Slic3r (tested V0.7.2b)

It's also tilted back 5 degrees to hopefully make it print better - less overhang.

This is a Linear bearing LM8UU X carriage to allow quick change of Extruders and other tools on your 3D printer.
It has compatible bar spacing for Mendel, Prusa and MendelMax

*Update* 21st - March - Added Greg/Wade extruder adapter plate and all the Sketchup files so you can make whatever adapter plates etc. you may need.

*Added* 31st March - Belt clamp and Low profile catch together - as requested.

This is a version of the Z axis mount for using M6 Threaded rod on your MendelMax Z stage motors.

It uses smaller M6 Thrust Bearings not the M8 ones used on MendelMax or the 608 bearings used on the original AlephObjects version.

I have also altered the model so it prints a little easier and filled in some sections so it looks nice on the machine, also adds a little more strength.

The clamp is also included as part of the model.

This is a version of the great Guidler but with a Lever, as I like to be able to easily bend it back

It also has a little more material around the base of the guides and an M3 Nut-trap on both sides of the lever, so you can choose which way to put in the long screw - handy.

This is a simple (But a bit messy) way to add some extra special sparkle to your printed objects.

All you need to do is sprinkle glitter onto a heated bed before printing with PLA - Clear PLA works great with all sorts of glitter colours but coloured PLA also works very well.

I have not tried ABS yet, but it should work just as well.

If you continue to sprinkle glitter as it builds (not too much) then your parts will have sparkle embedded all over them.

It requires no support so is easier to print and looks cool when you pull it apart front of someone.

This was one of the most tricky things I have ever printed - good luck.

If anyone with an Ultimaker fancies a challenge, print this.

It's printed with Faberdashery Pink PLA.

This is a test sheet of T-nuts.

Some are of the original type posted by kludgineer and some have been elongated for greater support when attaching things to the frame.

The main difference that should help with MendelMAX assembly is a dual t-Nut spaced at 20mm, most things on the frame are spaced for this to assist.

This is my British themed Prusa Mendel.
