This is probably pretty hard to push out of an FDM machine, but here's the file anyway. Maybe scale it up larger and print it with support and it'd work.

With Star Wars Day just a few weeks away, I thought it'd be nice to share this with y'all. It's a 3d scan of the Tickle-me-Elmo doll that I encased in Carbonite earlier this year. The side panels didn't come out well in the scan, so I digitally removed them and replaced them with the stls from the Han Solo panels I've previously uploaded.

This project is going to be at Maker Faire in California, and I need your help to get some funding for the Road to Maker Faire Challenege!

Blind Farpointcon.com attendee, Courtney, can now see what she looks like through the use of 3d scanning and 3d printing technologies. Courney and her husband explained to me that blind people will usually touch someone's face to see what they look like, but it doesn't really work on themselves because of the feedback they get from their face. I was able to scan and print Courtney so she should see what she looked like for the very first time.

He has a mowhawk, which had no trouble being picked up by the 3d scanner, and it prints out great

I improved the holes for the pin connectors so it's a better fit between this piece and the main block. I also reworked the grip to make it smoother and more accurate.

This can be assembled with no glue. It is a much more accurate replica that the one previously posted. It was designed from scratch, only using reference images of screen used blasters. It's fun to play with, take apart, and assemble. Most importantly, it was designed for 3d printing, so it's got curves in all the right places.

This blaster was made at MarsCon this weekend. They told guests we weren't allowed to bring realistic-looking weapons into the convention, so I didn't. I just brought my 3d printer in and made the blaster there...

This was my first dualstrusion print.

For those who really love Beth Tfiloh (or something which has the same initials) you can print this little token out. Mrs Rothstein's geometry class asked for this during a demo of 3d printing today at the High School where I attended, Beth Tfiloh

'B' from the front and 'T' from the side. Printed upside down because there is no support for the top of the 'T'. Made at Beth Tfiloh High School during a 3d printing demo on 3.9/12. BT initials.

these are sizes 18"-30" radius at 2" increments, and also a few straight tracks. The width between the rails is 0.66" I made these for a friend who gave me the dimensions, so I know they're a scale... but not sure which one. (H, N, O, whatever)
