Hi! I'm a mechanical Engineer and a long time tinkerer and designer. I grew up in and around machine shops where my father worked and got into 3d modeling at a young age and have been wrapped up in it ever since. I use primarily SolidWorks but I'm definitely interested in getting into some open source modeling software. Ive always been fascinated by 3D printing and hope to be able to get one my self someday. I have lots of ideas that I'd love to produce and hopefully ill get the time and facilities to do so.
