An 11t17p and 39t17p gear.
Chevron style, so self centering.
Mesh well - less noise - no slack.

45 degree angle on base (and top) so layer zero is just a circle, so easy to print.

P.S. 11t is 11 teeth, and 17p is 17 teeth per inch diameter, so 17 per inch*pi circular pitch is 4.693mm or on inkscape gear plugin 16.63 pixels circular pitch.

I said "17 per inch*pi"

So 25.4*3.1415926/17 is 4.693mm

Inkscape uses pixes that default to 90/inch

So 90*3.1415926/17 is 16.63 pixels circular pitch

So pixels-per-pitch in inkscape is 282.74/p

17*PI=53,41 here. Not 4,693 .

How do you calculate a circular pitch into some pixels-per-pitch value for Inkscape?

Thanks for drawing my attention to that Inkscape gears-plugin!
