Description

Planet Express ship, modified to be a bit more accurate to the show.

Instructions

I haven't tried printing this, but as it is scaled now it's right at the edge of a TOM's build envelope.

I'm aware of a takedown sent to Shapeways over a cube that resembled but was not a file used in the Super8 movie, but these are free models for your personal printing so I'd expect it should be OK... then again IANAL

It's actually pretty impressive how well the bumps on the engine came out. It seems like the model was made in parts and XORed together, so there are odd cavities inside the ship. When Skeinforge sliced it, it came out mostly solid, which is probably why it took so long.

Maybe I should paint it..
