NanoCube Flow Diverter
Description
Since I have an older version of the NanoCube aquarium there is no flow diverter meaning that my fish get blown around and have problems feeding. The flow needed to be high though to reduce algae/increase filtration so this is it. It was made for a filter head of .78" diameter and is made at .8" to compensate for the small amount of error during prints.
Instructions
Printing took me about 2 hours. The large hole is to fit onto the filter output and the smaller holes are to divert flow. There are 2 holes not fully drilled through and that is to give the option of more pressure and flow in the downward ports and less flow out and around the tank. These can be drilled through later if you decide to.
My parameters for this print were .25 layers and 2 layers for the perimeter with reduced infill so that the thin parts during the middle of the print would not bubble up and snag the head.
