This is the Predators Mask. Printed at .15mm on a Replicator 2. Air brushed and hand painted.

We made custom rafts in 3dsmax to print this but they were no better than standard rafts.

Print with rafts, dremmel or sand and glue together. Use countor putty along seems. Allow to dry and sand down. Then prime and pain the model.

Can i get this as one STL file plz?

I love this thing. The face mask is great!

Real nice!!! I printed only the mask 1:1,2 (1,2 times bigger than original) and it works real nice its very massive and strong but dont fits very well to my face. but as decoration is it real nice Thanks for the files!!!
I will put fotos of it to my site.

Very cool, when you say "custom rafts" do you mean supports? And what way did you orient these?

Thanks. I made my own rafts in 3dsmax. It worked, but I deleted the raft files. Using your slicing software, you can use rafts and it will work, I got no real benefit by using my own rafts. There are no supports needed, but I'd suggest a raft if you use glass because the model is thin and could peel off the build plate over time. The top of the head can be printed as is, for the other part of the mask, rotate it 180 degrees so the flat part of the model is flat on your build plate.
