Description
Customizable, snap fit, articulated and poseable bobblehead in the style of classic 1950's windup tin toy robots. His name is BOB and that's what he does.
Here's a video of BOB in action: youtube.com/watch?v=iWU_xUSmFKc

Instructions
Print plates 1-6 which has all the parts separated by color. The eyes, mouth, and logo chest piece look great when you swap colors half way through the print to get a sharp 2 tone look.
BOM for individual parts:
20 models
40 total parts
1 base
1 feet
2 leg
6 pintack_large
2 pintack_small
7 pinpeg_large
2 pinpeg_small
1 body
1 dial
1 logo
2 arm_upper
2 arm_lower
2 hand
1 head
2 eye
1 mouth
1 antenna_top
2 antenna_side_bottom
2 antenna_side_top
1 key
not to be printed:
assembly - just to show you how the parts go together
head_cavity_negative - you just need it if you want to cut the shape in the bottom of a model to make your own bobblehead
All parts snap together, no glue or screws needed for anything except the spring in the bobblehead spring section. Note: the pintacks in the arms can be tricky to snap in and you might break a few until you get it right. (don't worry the pintacks are small so you can print replacements quickly)
You'll want to use a bit of hot glue to attach a spring to the inside of the head following the instructions on Bobblehead *Sta thingiverse.com/thing:10822
For a tutorial on how to make your own bobblehead model with the spring mount inside, see: wiki.makerbot.com/bobblehead Cyborg BOB with a human head is made of awesome!

This is really cool Tbuser! I love how one of the bots is angled in such a way in your photo that BOB reads SOS :)

Ultimate stuff there it is and I think it is lego kind of bobblehead making. I like such an art and crafts most.
