Description
As shown here: things.hands.com/thing/PrusaFilamentSpool/
this ensures that the filament on a spool mounted on my variant of the prusia spindle comes off the spindle cleanly.
The improvement compared with the version I based it on is that it uses a diagonal slot that does not need the additional flanges, or the suggested bolt to keep hold of the filament.

I found that my version didn't need the flanges or the bolt after I'd made it, but this version looks much cleaner. I'd probably use this one if I had to make another.
Mine didn't need bolts either. It's been sturdy even after a few hours of printing.
If I was printing another, I'd probably rotate the slot about 30 degrees further away from the shaft, as where it is forced me to put it on what might be considered backwards -- not that that's a problem, but if the slot was a little higher up it would have given me the choice of having it either way around.
Also, if I was doing it again, I'd probably make it thiner, at least in the arms, since it seems rather stronger than it needs to be -- I may also use BezierRibons ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... ) to smooth things out an possibly get the same strength for less plastic, but that's perhaps
more effort than this deserves.
