I edited the file to make the book attach to the hip as suggested by Bre. I don't have a MakerBot, but I did this for you guys, so let me know if it works! It looks a little funky, but the final print will look better now than if it started printed in mid-air.

This didn't quite come out like you wanted in skeinforge, the extended part of the book was printed on the lower layers INSIDE liberty, but not outside.
