Hoss Powder Cups by Hossmachine Jul 5, 2013

Description

I Came up with these designs January 2013 for the Craftsman/Wai powder coating systems. Replacement cups have become very hard if not impossible to find at least for a decent price.

Your #1 in my book!! Got to print me one of those plugs for the side. I believe they ship them broke. And one for my brothers, he bought a unit after he saw mine working. So glad i found you. Keep up the nice work. Thanks, Rick.

All it took for you to share with the world is someone like me to make it available first. LOL Not a bad job but you should try to make one that doesnt leak like mine.

Thanks, yeah I got wheelchair ramps put in now so I can get outside at least. Glad to share with people who are cool.

I Came up with these designs January 2013 for the Craftsman/Wai powder coating systems. Replacement cups have become very hard if not impossible to find at least for a decent price. Read the progress on my thread at cnczone.com/forums/benchtop_machines/111863-hosss_g0704-358.html#post1224773
I started with the standard cup but then decided to make a couple designs that allowed for more capacity. The XC Extra Capacity version allows for about 3x the powder and can be refilled via a funnel in the port that uses a typical soda pop bottle cap.The SC Super Capacity version allows using a standard 1 lb. powder container ( I get mine from columbiacoatings.com/store/c/72-Powders.aspx ) Plates are included for easier printing. Be cool and only print these for yourself or a friend. These are published copyright designs not for use commercially. They take a while to print and are not cost feasible to sell anyway.
