Update - newer versions can be found here:

Version 2: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:142595
Version 3: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:571082

I decided to make my own. I made this one so you could see the screen vertically. Should work with most smartphones and cases while still allowing access to the other wall outlet. I also added some cable management so you can wrap the cord up. I'm including the .SKP and .thing files in case you want to modify it. Enjoy!

Printed mine using:

10% infill
2 walls
.30 layer height
