Instructions
I cut this on my Full Spectrum 40 Watt hobby laser cutter out of 1/8" MDF.
Just about any material you can easily laser cut should work (acrylic or thin plywood come to mind). Thickness isn't that critical.
I used 100% power / 25% speed for light-blue lines.
Black text was engraved at 100% power / 100% speed.
Your settings of course may vary.
