Description
Combines both snap together sides of the awesome high quality pliers from russrobot. The two sides of the pliers have been rotated, combined into one model, and enlarged 30X for easy opening and printing in ReplicatorG.
Note: updated the original .stl file to correct a slight leveling offset between the two halves.

Instructions
The zig-zag pliers nose didn't stick on my first printing try. Wiping the ABP belt with a little acetone solved that issue. After printing, you may need to scrape the snap-edges and the flat surfaces where the two sides fit together with an flat edge knife in order to get a clean fit.

Great design, but are you sure both pliers are on the same plane? When I try to print, the plier half with the hole in it prints 2 layers before it ever starts to print the other half. That pretty much guarantees printing problems on that half. Any chance of providing the halves separate or providing CAD files?
FYI I set the layer to 0.2 for better adhesion on the first layer and that is when the height differences between the 2 halves showed up.
Thx
Good catch phineasjw! After a quick look at the file, I do notice that the two plier pieces are at ever-so-slightly different levels. I will upload a corrected version this evening. Note: I can't take credit for the design - russrobot is the designer - this is a derivative, scaled and rotated for use with replicatorG.
