Ban Hammer
Description
For those whole like to ban things, this is a printed speldge hammer with the word BAN reversed out of the face.

Instructions
Steps:
1. Edit the STL or Sketchup so the handle hole matches your handle, or edit the text.
2. Print two halves. My halves are a matched pair because my handle tapered.
3. Clamp together halves and weld with solvent welder, or glue
4. Insert hammer handle and secure with wedge
5. Trim excess handle wood
6. Ban Stuff!

You should really try doing plastic burnout investment casting, so you could make the hammer out of metal.That would improve its awesomeness factor by at least 2 orders of magnitude. I'd suggest cast iron if you can make a mold that can withstand those temperatures, otherwise just make it out of aluminum.
