Derived from Integrated Z motor mount, frame vertex and rod clamp for Prusa Mendel by triffid_hunter

I took the scad file from triffid_hunter's Z motor mount and added two additional parameters.

add_smooth_z will increase the distance between the motor shaft and the vertical smooth rod.

add_vertices will increase distance between the threaded rods and the motor shaft.

>> integrated-z-mount-frame-vertex-rod-clamp_bld_V1.1.scad
clamp can be defined as true/false to change between having a clamp for the smooth rod or not.
