Description
This puzzle box is designed to be cut from 1/4 inch material with a 1/8 inch end mill or router bit. The parts include relief cuts to accommodate the round inside corners created when cutting with a router bit or end mill. The STL file includes all of the parts in a flat pattern.
Instructions
Cut parts from 1/4 inch stock material with a 1/8 inch bit. If cutting parts for a box scaled up or down just be sure to use a cutting bit no more than 1/2 the thickness of the scaled parts.
