Instructions

Total time, begin print to complete install: 25min

Optional: Zip tie cables together (I do this obsessively on all cables, all the time)

1. Print the attached part (print time 20min or less with 30% fill, Mk6+, 40mm/s).
2. Slide slot over the wooden support under the HBP, ensuring that there is room between the part and the HBP. If there is contact here, you may wish to re-design the part, raise your HBP, or just trim the part back. Be sure to slide it right up against the connector body of the HBP cable.
3. Use a large zip tie to secure the connector housing. It helps to have the flats of the zip tie along the flat portion away from the connector (see pic). Pull the zip tie very tight! The strain relief should be firmly and immovably seated against the connector housing. There is a slot provided for a "large" zip tie.
4. Place the cable in the semicircular cutout.
5. Use a small zip tie to secure the cable to the strain relief. Again, it helps to have the flat of the zip tie againtst the flat of the part away from the connector.
6. Cut the excess from the zip ties.
7. Stop by here and tell me that you like (or don't like) the part!
