Prusa LM10UU X carriage
Description
I made a new X carriage from aluminium. It houses three 10mm linear bearings and does not require any nuts to hold the bolts in.

(there were no background noise, so the sound got adjusted up, it isn't that loud)

Instructions
Start by milling all the outer sides to the right size
Drill the two 19mm holes without loosening the part in the chuck between them. (a normal 19mm drill should be able to do it precise enough)
Turn the part to drill the 25mm hole, and all the smaller holes for the thread.
Flip it again and mill the bottom side so the houses for the LM10UU bearings will stand up.
Take it out of the chuck and chamfer all the holes.
Cut the thread in the holes.
Press the LM10UU bearings in (gently tap with a hammer should do it too), and secure them with the M3 set screw.
For the belt clamps, the clamps from greg's carraige can be used, or make your own. :)
