Im going to coat these babys with epoxy mixed with colourpowder for making fishing lures and such. Glow in the dark powder would be both fun, but also make ones late night/winters safer! On that note, glowinc.com's green is ridiculously strong and longlasting btw. Use it for my keys and so on.

ine reason to get me a front wheel with a dynamo with a slipring and experiment with bikelightning... UVleds, this and some of the above... see: http://vimeo.com/23544972
Thanks, live long and prosper!

You know what would be cool? If someone could create a derivative that has a whistle like the old nerf balls.

Do they make fun sounds as you ride like the store-bought ones do?

To answer my own question: Yes

this is so full of win. now i need a bicycle.

Spokey Dokeys!

I had LOADS of them as a kid :D

Love it ! - Nice Job :)

I can'T wait to print some of these out!

My neighbor just gave us a candy vending machine and these bicycle spokes will be perfect to sell in it. Now I just need some colored PLA.

You should be able to color the PLA with a marker right before it goes into the extruder:
