Box and Lid

Golly, I know I do!
If you do too, here's a Box and Lid for you!
Note: I gave the lid a little wiggle room in the .scad file, so experiment if you want a lid with a tighter fit. The smaller wiggle_room is, the less of it there is. Default wiggle_room = 1, so you might want to set to wiggle_room = 0.75 or something.
Instructions
- Print Box and Lid together
- Print a BIG Box and BIG Lid separately
- Print a SMALL Box and SMALL Lid separately
- Print a HUGE Box and Lid together
- Print a really boring, lame, euclidean Box and Lid

What is the infill,shell and layer? I made one with ABS ,but 4 faces are all crap.
Looks like the scad file is missing an include. "boxes.scad".

I wish there was an I tried to make on button lol. I tried twice with the same result as in the picture. Something is up with my Ultimaker and simple shapes. Anything complex like a falcon no problem. I think the main axis shift in the bearings and brass bushing might get nudged as well. Anyone else have this problem?
Had to download http://svn.clifford.at/opensca... to get this to work. Which I assume you guys already had, but in case anyone else needs it, there's the link.
I made a 40x40 box and top from the openscad file and changes the wiggle_room from 1.0 to 0.05. with a small amount of fileing I was able to get the top on very tightly. I'll try 0.075 next for the wiggle_room. The openscad file seems to have a problem rendering the rounded 40x box and lid. the box show up as a solid. I have not had time yet to see if I can diagnose it. Nice box set. Love the 40x tight fit one I greated. 8-)
