It is a shame. The major CAD companies have begun releasing free products now that they have realized the need to compete with google Sketchup. Dassault Syst
èmes came out with DraftSight- an excellent 2D CAD program. Autodesk came out with 123D beta, which is a good try, but it is still pretty buggy and does not perform well. PTC, on the other hand, came out with Creo Elements/ Direct Modeling Express- and I feel like it has excellent capabilities for
its price tag of $0. It still only works on windows, but works really well on windows. I also wish it had more import/ export capabilities, but I guess I can't have everything *DONT_KNOW*

Cool!
i Printed it and it works as a saw!
but the sawblades i have are all a bit too long when folded.. about 2 cm.
i got metal, wood and ceramics saws that fit its connector.
Nice! Got any pictures?
It's a shame that your saw blades don't fit- the "dummy blade" included in the file is based off the measurements of the longest saw blade that I had available, which was pretty big relative to my others. Your saw blades must be quite a bit longer than average to not fit. I get the feeling I sho
uld make two versions. One should be small enough to fit on the makerbot's small build area, and one should be large enough to accommodate the longest common jigsaw blades- this way I can satisfy all sizing needs.
