Summary

This will work with AndyMark 8" pneumatic tires and probably most others too. This hub should fit any 200x50mm labeled tire.

Print two and to assemble you will need Six (6) #4-40x1" bolts that should self tap into the plastic to keep the wheel together. For any kind of use I would highly recommend at least 3 more #10 bolts through the main bolt circle.

Resolution:

0.2-0.3mm

Infill:

at least 25%

Notes:

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I have not printed this myself, and if it breaks don't blame me. If you would like a thicker more reinforced wheel, let me know and it shouldn't take much time to model.

I recommend 3+ shells with a substantial infill, regardless if of ABS or PLA or other.

If you are comfortable with your printer printing at a 70 degree overhang, you should not need support material, probably best to use supports if you are unsure.

How I Designed This

In full disclosure this is the AndyMark supplied CAD that I modified to be more printer friendly.
