This is a knob to put on top of your z-axis screws. The holes are made to be tapped with an M8 tap. Harbor Frieghts tap kit is $12.

Instructions
After printing use the M8 tap to put threads into part. Then put a nut on the Z-axis screw, then screw knob onto Z-axis screw.
Cinch the nut upto the know to hold in place.
