Description
Here is a knee joint for a Bunraku style puppet. From the moment I first saw the makerbot, I wanted to make parts for puppets. Old version of joint: flickr.com/photos/ccstudio/299456450/in/set-72157594380051493/
Soon I will be working on the elbow joint and other parts.
UPDATE: I have revised the design. New STL's uploaded. Also uploaded other file formats for those intersted in adapting it.

Instructions
Print each part. The hinges file has two object, you will need both. Drill out holes for M3 bolts if needed. Use M3 bolts to connect the hinges to the other parts. Use more M3 bolts to connect the joint to your upper leg and lower leg of you puppet.
