I have revised my previous X-Wing design to make it more like in the films, and added a bit more detail. The underside of the main body remains unchanged so it should still work with the stand from the old one if scaled correctly. I have also removed the non-manifold edges, so this should be less problematic to generate G-Code from. I haven't had a chance to print this one myself, so no photos yet...

Printable with one material, no support.

You have to scale it up to 3x before the wing makes full contact with the bed.

I can't get the wings to print either. Tried scaling it up to 2x and still no wings at all. May try scaling it up more later. Using Taz Mini and Cura for slicing.

Be careful the wings wont touch the surface of the bed, you have to make support for these,I just put some masking tape below those

Something definitely seems off with this print. I scaled it to 1.5 and the middle section of the 4 wings simply would not render. I think they need to be a touch thicker. Everything else was printing fine, but essentially printed the top and bottom as 6 pieces.

There seems to be a problem with your model on the lower left cannon (seen from pilots view). I loaded the model in the UP! Software (v2.0) and it highlighted the half-circle "beam former shield" at the end of the cannon. Looks like the software can fix that. I'm now trying to print it in ABS on my UP Mini and report back later.

Meh... does not print even on highest resolution for the UP Mini, the wings are too thin, so it leaves them away completely :(
