Description

The Logitech G35 is a great headset but the plastic joints are poorly designed and break fast. These parts replace the faulty parts and make sure the G35 doesn't break (again)!

Instructions

Print parts. Take off the old parts. Put together with the new parts and original screws.

when printing this I have to increase the size by 10 times. This is fine. However when I go to print i get a "Open Contours" error and it asks me if i want to print anyway. My worry is that if their is parts that no material is under it will just spray material everywhere. do you get this error when printing? could you possibly email me the original solidworks or drawing files?

Repaired, resized and reuploaded the files for you. :)

Hey is there any way to get copy of those parts from You ? i can pay for that if you want. I need those so much ( also sorry for my english) i cant make it by myself ( i dont know how and where can i get this kind of plastic) it would be great if i could get pair.

where can i get this one?? i'm in indonesia

how do i get this stuff, please help i'm in indonesia

OMG thank you so much!  I just sat down to start creating a replacement part.. and I said to myself, maybe this has already happened to someone else... and sure enough, BAM!  YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!

My G35 just Broke...again.this is 3rd one

I hope I have skill and tool as you..I have see no way to fix it :(

When scaled it too cm's the bottom-left-left part is 10,01 mm will that be a problem

How too get these parts?

The Bottom-Left part is exactly 1cm thick, so scaling by 10 will solve it. :)

well... could you post some measurements.?. so i can see if i got it right.... I may print these for someone else and i don't have this headset myself...

It might be possible that you have to scale by 10 because my scale settings in Blender are different from yours.

these can not be scaled right ehe? ... according to my calculations the "Bottom-Left" part is 1mm tihick... how small is your headset..?

I have added the .blend file for you. :)

No matter what I do, I can't manage to slice these properly. I've tried several ways of running them through netfabb and a sketchup cleanup plugin.

Both slic3r and skeinforge exports only seemingly random, very small gcode, for some odd reason.

Would it be possible to post the source (blender?) file?

Good work! (sorry forgot that in the post before)

i think this is the fail of all headphones. These sony ones broke twice on my: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR... anyone can help redesign those guys? Too fragile...
