What sort of tempreture range are you able to measure with this? I built an EGT circuit using the ADQ595AQ and temperature measurement between 250 and 1200 degrees Celsius requires a power supply of around 13-15 volts.

Is it possible to make a thermocouple out of the brass of the nozzle and some other metal, and then use this sensor to measure that output? I don't have a makerbot or one of these (yet), so I can't really test this idea myself.
