Description

Using MS-PAINT to make 3D designs? Would Bill have imagined that 26 years ago?

Instructions

Download the "revolver" software here: github.com/pbrier/revolver.
And Lua here: lua-users.org/wiki/LuaBinaries.

Unpack in the same directory, and execute the script:
lua revolver.lua shape.lua

Now you can send your GCODE file to your printer!
Use ReplicatorG, Proterface, SendG or any other program for
your printer.

Modify the bitmap files (and/or shape.lua) to make other shapes.

Lua is a underrated scripting language. Small, efficient, and elegant. I've used it for various tasks the for over 10 years now. Mostly text filtering and data generation

Stuard, I'll correct the typography!

I like the bump maps, and I love the fact that there seems to be an emergence of things based on Lua.
