This is a simple storage solution assembly based on the excellent writeup from BoardGameGeek user Cam Barker:

The base is probably too big for me to comfortably print so I may split it into a couple interlocking parts.

Edit 8/16/13: Updated all parts to appropriate/adjusted dimensions.

Edit 8/20/13: Decreased wall thicknesses for lower print time and more storage space, added tile grabber holes, increased fillet radius in nib tray to allow for easier sheep pick-up, split the base into two parts to make it printable.

I was about to start printing with base_A, but it's too large for the Kossel printer I'm using. I assume the other parts will be too large as well. Has anybody split the whole thing into smaller pieces?

Do you know any website where upload your 3d designs, print and send to home?

parts of this might be easier to laser cut. i might take a stab at making bits of it laser cuttable.

Is it possible for you to cut your nib tray in to two pieces, like you did the base?

If you've downloaded my split - I just uploaded the other half of the nib tray if you want the full design shown here... You can get away with two of the smaller prints or one of each..

swhit321 - I just did this myself for my own benefit - so here's the file I used. You'll need a minimum print bed of about 5"x6"... It will end up somewhat small compared to the opening - I just printed this file twice, so it ended up short of the opening below. It still fits all the bits, but it isn't "perfect". Works for me, though. :)
