Description
Here's my attempt at a Christmas Ornament in the shape of a Makerbot. This was pretty fun to make, but came out smaller than I thought due to a conversion issue in Rhino. Good thing I'm not plotting a course to Mars...
The large version is just under 3cm wide. The small one is scaled by 75%.
This ornament obeys the three laws of robotics.

view allPrints pretty well in ABS. You can basically "bridge" ABS from one side to the other. The shrinking characteristics of ABS help. Of course you could print it on it's side and ignore the hanger.
Got a few "hairs" inside, but those trim off.

This Mini MakerBot is a must-have for Christmas trees! The detail in the "M" on the front and the little pulley being made inside is super cool! :)

Put a picture up of a pla print on a replicator 2. =P
